How has the family court system destroyed your life?

Family Court and CPS have not only destroyed the life of my son and his children, they have caused emotional pain for our whole extended family.
False allegations against an innocent father and lies of a foster woman using the system for her own needs have put our world in a twilight zone.
Even though we got our girl back 3 years ago there are still signs of trauma from this insane ordeal. She gets frantic when she doesn't know where her Dad is.
Her brother is caught in the evil web of a drug addicted foster woman who obtained custody by fraud. The lies she's told him amount to Stockholm Syndrome. The unecessary drugs she's filling his little body with will cause irreparable damage. I fear he'll never know who he really is. He has no future as long as he's imprisoned by this woman.
The lawyers and courts have robbed us of valuable time and money.

I would not go so far as to say that my life has been destroyed, it has certainly taken a 180 degree turn. Although I have always been an advocate for children, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding just how corrupt our government is. I was at one point in time content laying on the floor watching Dora with my daughter Madison. Now that I have become enlightened as to all the damage our government inflicts on our children for dollar$, I will never go away. One thing that has kept me going during what I have at times considered to be an unbearable amout of pain and heartache is the pain and heartache that our children must be facing daily. How can anyone sit idlly by with this knowledge and not be actively pursuing a change each and every day. Our children's best interest should always be paramount on our minds, all day, every day, it certainly is not a concern of our governments.

It has reduced me to a part-time father who is not proud of our state or country any longer. It has wasted thousands of my own dollars that could have been spent on bettering my children's future. It has angered me and motivated me to become politically active and to never trust government or politicians.

I am not destroyed, I am furious, I have been changed forever. Because of the damage this system heaped onto my children I have become someone I never was. I am now an active member of our society. I am doing everything I can to create a positive change for our future generations. If I have to sacrifice some of my life to make that change, so be it. I would like to think I will gather friends throughout my walk on this rock and through this movement, but that is NOT my goal. If I ruffle feathers and force people to work harder, then fine. You do not have to like me to work towards equality. I say and do things to help others move forward. I believe the relationship I had with my 3 sons has been permanently damaged by the actions of their Mother, Michigan Family Courts and the Friend of the Court. These people are all criminals in my view. We have in this State / Country a family law policy that provides financial incentives to break up families rather than financial incentives to strengthen familes. Living in a State that is so desperate for Federal funds that they would deny the Civil Rights of some of their citizens in order to increase the amount of Federal funds they can capitalize on causes me great distress. To realize our government is more concerned with their ability to collect money than in preserving the sanctity of marriage and the family has been a huge revelation to me. I have one adopted son, two natural sons and two step-sons and I advise each one of them to never get married and never have children. I am determined that their lives not be destroyed by the fraud that currently is the norm in Michigan Family Law. I believe that absent a Constitutional ammendment in support of Equal Parenting that Michigan Family Courts will continue their slash and burn tactics destroying families for profit. This is a huge scam and a National disgrace. The one possible bright spot in our current economy is that perhaps some of these criminals will be laid off due to budget shortages. I would love to witness the dismantling of Michigan Family Courts and their minions, corrupt judges, court referees, case workers, lawyers and the like. There needs to be a far higher standard established for the removal of children from either parent by the government than the mere opinion of a Friend of the Court caseworker and the rubber stamp of a court referee. Especially understanding that these people are driven by incentives to generate more collectible dollars. I certainly could have found more constructive uses for the money I have spent on lawyers in search of justice where none exists.

But, only if and when “We the People” - Come Together In Unity!

1.) The Executive Branch.
2.) The Legislative Branch.
3.) The Judicial Branch
All 3 Branches of Government are made up of “We the People” in part.
So, how can “We the People” get the results we want and truly need?
-It's Simple, As Soon As “We the People” Come Together In Unity...

I had a child with a woman with BPD. She took off with the kid when she was one year old. The swedish family court deemed me as dangerous just on her word. They made an "investigation", but they didn't want any of my evidence or talk to any of my witnesses. Not even my former wife with whom I have a 10 year old son. We have joint custody and it has worked just fine for ten years. But now all of a sudden I am a danger and a threat to my 1 year old daughter?? Two years of her life they stole from me before I managed to get 4 days a month visitation rights. But I won't let them get away with it. I will fight these fucking child abusers til the day they will have to pay for their crimes. I don't care how high up it goes...To expose the greedy bastards who make a good living on the suffering of children have become my lifes purpose. I work at it day and night. There is no "best interest of the children". It is a fabrication designed by the judiciary to extract your children from you. Decisional law all say that "best interest of the children" is unconstitutional and anathema to our liberty. Best interest of the child doctrine was devised by the judiciary and legal industry as a method to remove the father from the family so the government could interfere and intervene into the family and criminalize fatherhood and parenting through assorted, sordid means such as draconian child support enforcement (which government makes a profit off of), domestic violence prevention (which government and other hangers-on make a profit off of), child abuse prevention and treatment (which the government and other hangers-on [foster families get $50K, or more, per kid taken from families and put into foster homes] make a profit off of.
